Blog Day 2007
I discovered via Mari about Blog Day – and thought I’d take part!

BlogDay was created with the belief that bloggers should have one day dedicated to getting to know other bloggers from other countries and areas of interest. On that day Bloggers will recommend other blogs to their blog visitors.
With the goal in mind, on this day every blogger will post a recommendation of 5 new blogs. This way, all blog readers will find themselves leaping around and discovering new, previously unknown blogs.
This can’t be a long post because I need to get my head on a pillow soon… but I can certainly list my five blogs!
- Misstuned.com – I severly love Mari’s blog! It’s entertaining, eye-opening and oh sooo indulgent! If you haven’t read this unique third-person blog yet – do so now!
- Nanashi-Inc.net – Joana writes with such an amazing style, you can’t help but drool and dive into her words! No kidding!
- Transient Dreams – Fatima’s blog was the first one for me to ever start visiting regularly. She just has an addictive way of saying things that makes me plead for more!
- Weblog Tools Collection – featured at the bottom of every WordPress installation dashboard, it’s just got to be mentioned. Wonder where I find my plugins? This blog! I religiously follow the posts, savouring every new one, until the next comes running along.
- Lorelle on WordPress – everyone that uses WordPress should know who Lorelle is, and take a gander at her blog once in a while. I strive to be a blogger like her – and thanks to her tips, I just might get there! Recommended even for non WordPress bloggers.
So there you have it chickadees. They may not be new, they may not be secret corners of the blogosphere, but for me, they are the top five blogs I visit, and most certainly think they should become one of yours too.
Each and every blog listed helps me in some way, either through entertaining or indirectly advising. Therefore all five are graciously worthwhile my 
BlogDay2007 recommendation.

Oh, you’re too nice! Thank you, Emz. But, indulgent? In what context? Hmm, should Mari live up to her definition of indulgent and post some food porn like fruityoaty?
Mari took a look at Transient Dreams, and wow. It’s one of those blogs you just get LOST reading. That blog has always been Nanashi-inc for Mari. Mari just gets sidetracked reading and commenting and reading and…holy crap Mari just lost 3 hours! XD
WTC is a must. Mari keeps seeing people complain about not knowing things that are constantly featured on WTC (like for instance, Akismet) or complaining that WTC takes up space in their dashboard….but it’s a very good resource that everyone should check out at least once a week. The plugin/theme lists are indispensable.
Lorelle is another one of those blogs you just have to read. She saved Mari from looking like a dork many a time with her advice posts.

Wow, I’ve never heard of anyone complaining about WTC! I would like to say I’m surprised, but thinking about it, people will always complain if they can!
I really do love that it’s there; it’s just such a great resource for WordPress!
Lorelle pretty much covers everything about blogging! It’s amazing! Loelle has advice for just about any situation.
OH MY GOSH
I wish I’d have found Lorelle’s blog thing before, when I was on WordPress. I just found it way too confusing and I was annoyed that I was too stupid to understand their wiki and edit the layouts myself
I’m reading through Lorelle’s right now and it’s making me want to try WordPress again, but I just have a horrid feeling it will all go icky again xD
I had never heard of “blog day” either until today. I am going to comment on Transient Dreams’s blog, because it looks good.
1. She doesn’t have a computer. Her mom won’t let her have one.

I love finding new blogs to look at and had only seen two you mentioned.

I was going to participate in Blog Day, but I could only honestly think of two new blogs that I had found. I guess I could have used old favorites but I figured that would defeat the purpose. lol
